By installing or using BillCal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
AppGod (Diavallan Fearon, Ontario, Canada) grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use BillCal on iOS devices you own or control, for your personal financial tracking.
The free tier of BillCal includes 1 account and up to 3 bills.
Premium unlocks unlimited accounts and unlimited bills. The purchase is processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. Once purchased, Premium is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on devices signed into the same Apple ID.
BillCal Premium purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. AppGod cannot issue refunds directly.
BillCal helps you track bills and project your account balance based on what you enter. It is not financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any financial decisions you make. Always verify amounts and due dates with your actual bank, biller, or financial advisor.
BillCal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or always available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppGod is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed bill payments, overdrafts, late fees, or any other financial loss arising from your use of BillCal. Your sole remedy if you're unhappy is to stop using the app.
You can stop using BillCal at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app or change its features in future updates.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
